Registration: There is a $45 fee that is a one-time payment per year per family that helps cover the costs of communication, administration, legal and insurance fees. Please complete the registration form and mail it with your check for $45 payable to WEST. 

A. Payment Options:
OPTION 1: Payment in full at time of registration. Checks are not distributed to the tutors until the first day of class. Checks are made payable to individual Tutors and mailed to WEST.

OPTION 2: Partial payment of $100 per student per semester will hold your place in a class. The remaining balance is due 5 weeks after the WEST Open House. Students will not be able to attend class until all tuition monies have been received.

B. Cancellations: Students who cancel before classes begin will receive a partial refund unless the class is full or cancelled by WEST. Partial Refund = Down payment minus $80 non-refundable fee.

Do I get money back if I withdraw my student?

Before Registration Closes:
1. One time annual registration fee of $45 is non-refundable
2. WEST families registered for more than one class and drop a class, pay a $25 fee per class dropped.
3. Family that is dropping all classes at WEST pays an $80 fee per class.

After Registration Closes:
1. One time annual registration fee of $45 is non-refundable
2. $80 non-refundable fee per class registration.

After Classes Begin:
1. $50.00 refund to WEST students who withdraw within 24 hours after the second day of classes.
2. Withdrawal later than above requires no refund.

Late Enrollment: New students will be accepted up to the third week of class if space is available and if the tutor approves.

Class Sizes: Please note that a minimum and maximum class size has been set. Therefore, your quick enrollment in a class will help ensure that the class is offered and/or that there is room for your student before the class reaches its maximum limit.

May I Register the First Day of Classes? Yes. Any first day walk-ins are welcome! Walk-ins will complete registration forms and payments. However, students will attend classes the second week due to administrative processing and tutor notification.
